Holiday Drink Recipe 
Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire
Roast a fresh chestnut in a 350-degree oven. Make a small “x” through the shell before placing in oven (no explosions wanted!).
1 roasted chestnut
1 Tbs sweet butter
1 Tbs brown sugar
Dash of cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
2 ounces dark rum
1 cup boiling water
Directions:  Place warm chestnut in the bottom of a mug with all other ingredients.  Pour hot water over and let steep for a couple of minutes. Enjoy your cocktail and eat the chestnut at the end for an added bonus.
